The new user request process is required for any new BlastIQ user, please ask your BlastIQ Site Manager if you require access to a site or your access level changed.
1. Complete a table with new users details as shown in the example below.
2. Email Table to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. The support team will set up the new users account. A welcome email will be sent to each new user with their logon details and a link to BlastIQ. Once Welcome emails have been sent the requestor will be notified and the support request will be closed.
4. The BlastIQ site manager will be required to add the user to their site and assign their level of access such as viewer, contributor etc at https://www.blastiq.com/admin.
Note: Generic Accounts and Shared Accounts are not strictly not permitted for security reasons. Account requests such as KangarooCreekEngineers@bigmining.com or KangarooCreekPlant@bigmining.com will be rejected and individual names will be requested.
Note: Sharing of BlastIQ accounts and passwords for use by someone other than the named user is a breach of the BlastIQ Terms of Service.
Note: Orica users requesting access for Customer Users must have commercial approval.
