1. Go to the File menu, Export, DXF. This brings up the DXF file manager window where you are able to select the location to save your file.
2. Once you have clicked save, the DXF export dialogue box will appear. Select the data you want to export. Selected entities are any items that are currently selected, visible layers are layers that are turned on at that time, or there is the option to export all data. Click OK.
3. A confirmation dialogue box will appear before the data is exported. Click OK to export the data. The file will be stored in the selected location.
